The tank was a little more than 3/4 full, and when I commented that it would be difficult for me to fill it up exactly that much when I returned it, the manager said that the company would refund me the difference. I returned it with a full tank, as usual. Nothing was compensated to me, unfortunately. A week later I personally went to the office, and the manager Ali assured me that they would return it. Nothing has been returned yet. It is not a question of money, it is a question of respect for the customer and honesty.

The first time, I made and paid for an online booking. When I arrived two days later to collect the van, I was told there were no small vans available — in fact, no vans at all. I was not contacted in advance to be informed of this, which was very frustrating. The second time, I specifically booked a small van, which was essential for my needs. The booking was made and paid for a week in advance, so there was plenty of time to arrange the correct vehicle. However, when I arrived, I was given a medium van instead and told that this was my booking, despite clearly reserving a small van. Overall, I found the staff, particularly the manager, to be unhelpful, and I did not feel well looked after at this branch. I will also be raising a formal complaint with Enterprise Head Office. I would not recommend this location.
